An alcohol and drug free workplace is essential to the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and it is critical that employers meet legislative compliance and do whatever is practicable to achieve a safe workplace that is free from harm.
Drug and alcohol testing should be an essential component of your health and safety program. Labourforce are industry experts having more than 18 years’ experience providing our compliant, professional and accurate testing across all industries.
Services can be conducted at our clinics or on your work site. We provide either urine or oral drug screening, dependent upon your business needs.
Testing can be conducted in the following circumstances:
- Pre-employment
- Return to work after absence
- Post incident
- For cause
- Reasonable suspicion
- Random
- Blanket
- Re-test after previous non-negative result
All Screeners are certified having completed nationally accredited courses (AS/NZS 4308:2008 Urine and AS 4760:2006 Oral) for specimen collection and presumptive analysis.
National Pathology Network
We have agreements in place with several National Pathology networks for confirmatory testing as required. Any non-negative result will follow AS/NZS strict chain of custody requirements to enable seamless confirmatory analysis at NATA accredited laboratories.
